This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by prk92 ("we", "us", "our") and applies to all personal data processed in connection with your use of the prk92 platform located at https://prk92.cam and all associated services, mobile-optimised interfaces and communications channels operated by prk92.

We are committed to handling your personal information with care, transparency and respect. This Policy explains what data we collect, on what legal basis we process it, how we use and protect it, who we may share it with, and what rights you have in relation to your data.

By creating a prk92 account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should not use the Platform.

prk92 collects personal data through the following channels:

prk92 retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations. The following general retention guidelines apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your active account relationship and for a defined period thereafter as required for legal and regulatory compliance (typically a minimum of 5 years following account closure under AML frameworks);
• Transaction and financial data: Retained for the period required by applicable financial record-keeping obligations;
• Communications data: Support transcripts and complaint records retained for up to 3 years from the date of resolution, unless longer retention is required by a legal hold;
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection for analytics and security purposes; and
• Marketing preference data: Retained until you withdraw consent or until 12 months of inactivity, whichever is earlier.

When personal data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data lifecycle procedures.

prk92 implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These measures include, without limitation:

• Payment card and financial data handled exclusively through certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors — prk92 does not store full payment credentials on its own servers; and
• Contractual data security requirements imposed on all third-party data processors.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, prk92 will notify affected users and, where applicable, relevant regulatory authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law.

prk92 is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age — or under the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction.

prk92 serves Pakistani users from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and across the country. We recognise the following considerations relevant to Pakistani users:

• No Pakistani Data Protection Statute: Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive enacted data protection law comparable to the European GDPR or UK GDPR. prk92 applies international data protection standards voluntarily as a matter of policy.
• Payment Provider Privacy: If you use Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah to fund your account, your data with those providers is governed by their respective privacy policies. These providers are referenced for user context only — they do not endorse or partner with prk92.
• Legal Context: Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activities. The legal status of online gambling for Pakistani users depends on applicable law and jurisdiction. This Policy does not constitute legal advice. Users are responsible for understanding their own legal position.
• Data Residency: Personal data collected from Pakistani users may be stored and processed on servers located outside Pakistan, subject to the international transfer safeguards described in Section 8.

prk92 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law or platform features. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Policy was most recently revised.

Where changes are material — for example, changes that expand the categories of data we collect or introduce new purposes for data use — we will notify registered Users via email or a prominent Platform notice in advance of the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of a Policy change constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Policy. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you should stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
