These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and prk92 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the prk92 website located at https://prk92.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality provided thereon.

prk92 is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform designed to serve Pakistani users. The Platform provides sports betting markets, live casino products, slots, table games, instant games and related informational content. All platform content is presented in English.

prk92 operates under international licensing context. License details, where applicable, will be stated in the Platform's official footer or dedicated licensing documentation. Do not use this Platform if online gambling is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, and any individual promotion terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and must not register an account or place bets.

To register and maintain a prk92 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable law in your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and organisations may not register accounts as end users.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally under any applicable self-exclusion scheme.
• You must not be a current or recent employee, officer, director, agent or affiliate of prk92 or its software, payment or service providers where a conflict of interest may exist.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and maintain such accuracy throughout your account tenure.

prk92 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered account on prk92. Multi-accounting — the creation of two or more accounts by a single individual — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Contact number;
• Residential address (city, country — e.g. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar);
• Preferred currency (PKR where available); and
• A secure, unique password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. prk92 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.

prk92 facilitates deposits via payment methods listed in the live Platform cashier. These may include, subject to availability: bank transfers (including transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), mobile wallet channels such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, Raast instant transfers, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Platform cashier and may be updated periodically;
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted;
• prk92 reserves the right to return deposits where KYC verification is incomplete or where fraud indicators are present;
• Processing times vary by payment method — no guaranteed processing times are implied by these Terms;
• Deposits are not eligible for withdrawal until any applicable turnover or wagering requirements are satisfied; and
• All PKR amounts shown on the Platform are illustrative unless confirmed by the live cashier.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: All Users must complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or equivalent), proof of address, and payment-method verification as requested.
• Name Match: The name on your prk92 account must exactly match the name on your verified payment account. Discrepancies will cause withdrawal rejection.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Real Money Balance is withdrawable at any time subject to KYC completion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the Platform cashier.
• Processing Time: prk92 will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. No guaranteed processing timelines are provided. Timelines may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Right to Withhold: prk92 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, Terms violation, chargebacks or account integrity issues are identified.

Bonuses and promotional offers on prk92 are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus may be claimed per household, IP address or device during any applicable promotional period, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise;
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms. Illustrated example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal — these figures are illustrative only;
• Maximum Bet Restriction: During bonus play, maximum individual bet sizes typically apply (commonly PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per bet — confirm in promotion terms). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may void the bonus;
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage. Check individual promotion terms;
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically;
• Sticky vs. Non-Sticky: Non-sticky bonuses are wagered first; on withdrawal, only real-money winnings are cashed out. Sticky bonuses remain in the account but are not themselves withdrawable — only profit generated from them may be withdrawn;
• Maximum Cash-Out: Many bonuses impose a maximum cash-out cap. Illustrated example: a cap of PKR 25,000 means winnings exceeding that figure derived from bonus play are not withdrawable — confirm in promotion terms;
• Abuse: prk92 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies, hedging patterns or other conduct inconsistent with genuine recreational play is identified.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting markets, live casino games and other wagering products on prk92:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Displaying odds does not constitute an obligation to accept a bet — prk92 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion;
• In the event of an obvious pricing error or technical fault, prk92 reserves the right to void any bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds;
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each event type and market, which are available in the Platform's help and rules section;
• Live / in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Delays in data feeds may affect the acceptance of in-play bets. Bets accepted after an event-defining incident (e.g. a wicket falling) may be voided;
• The Platform reserves the right to suspend markets at any time, including during live events, without prior notice;
• Maximum single-bet and accumulator limits apply and are displayed in the Platform. These limits may differ by sport, market and user account;
• In cases of dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the Platform's records are the primary reference and are deemed conclusive in the absence of manifest error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on prk92 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to relevant authorities and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account ("multi-accounting"), including using different personal details, email addresses or devices to circumvent restrictions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated mechanism to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage in poker, casino or any other competitive game format;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematically exploiting pricing errors or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering) or using the Platform for financial structuring purposes;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming value;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to access, interfere with or damage Platform software, infrastructure or security systems;
• Using another person's account or payment details without their explicit authorisation; and
• Any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable under applicable law.

All content on the prk92 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, audio and video content — is the property of prk92 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, modifying or creating derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling any Platform software;
• Scraping, harvesting or systematically extracting data from the Platform; or
• Using prk92 branding, trademarks or logos without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• prk92 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• prk92 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• prk92 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• prk92's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your prk92 account in the 12 months preceding the claim;
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes. prk92 does not represent that gambling will result in financial gain or profit. Gambling involves risk and you should only wager amounts you can afford to lose.

prk92 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following player-protection tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a specified duration;
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and be blocked from re-registering.

prk92 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or close accounts where problem gambling indicators are identified, at our sole discretion and without prior notice where necessary for player protection.

prk92 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email or a prominent Platform notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which prk92 holds its operating license (details available in the Platform's licensing documentation). In the event of a dispute, the applicable licensing jurisdiction's courts shall have jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first raise the dispute with prk92 via the support channels below and allow a reasonable period for internal resolution. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
